1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using atmaikya.com ("Atmaikya Vastu", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Atmaikya Vastu.

Atmaikya Vastu is a product of GarahPravesh.com, operated by Atmaikya, an individual operating from Zirakpur, Punjab, India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atmaikya operating as Atmaikya Vastu.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses or uses Atmaikya Vastu services.

2. What Atmaikya Vastu Is

Atmaikya Vastu is a technology platform that provides Vastu Shastra analysis tools based on classical Indian texts including Manasara, Mayamata, Brihat Samhita and Vishwakarma Prakash. Our services include:

• Vastu Analyzer — algorithmic room-by-room Vastu scoring
• Floor Plan Analyzer — vision analysis of uploaded floor plan images and PDFs
• Numerology Compatibility Checker — numerological analysis using Pythagorean, Chaldean and Vedic systems
• Disha — Vastu guidance chatbot
• Downloadable PDF reports for purchase

Atmaikya Vastu is a technology and information platform. It is not a consulting firm, architectural practice, legal firm or financial advisory service.

4. Our Services

4.1 Free Services

Atmaikya Vastu offers certain features free of charge including Vastu score reveal, limited daily Floor Plan analysis, limited Disha questions and basic numerology preview. Free services are provided "as is" and may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice.

4.2 Paid Services

Paid services include downloadable PDF reports (Basic and Detailed) and Disha question packs. Paid services are subject to the payment terms in Section 6 and the Refund Policy at atmaikya.com/refund.

4.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of Atmaikya Vastu services. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

4.4 Service Accuracy

Atmaikya Vastu's algorithmic scores are based on classical Vastu principles applied computationally. generated analysis from floor plans and Disha responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude model. While we take care to build accurate systems, we do not warrant that any score, analysis or recommendation is 100% accurate, complete or applicable to your specific circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Atmaikya Vastu you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using Atmaikya Vastu for personal, non-commercial property analysis purposes unless you have obtained written permission for commercial use
• All information you provide — names, dates, property details — is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Floor plans and documents you upload are your own property or you have lawful authority to upload them
• You will not attempt to circumvent daily usage limits through technical means
• You understand that Vastu guidance is informational only and you will exercise your own independent judgment for property decisions

6. Payments and Purchases

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments on Atmaikya Vastu are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Atmaikya Vastu does not store payment card information.

6.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

6.3 Report Delivery

Upon successful payment, reports are made available for immediate download. Reports may also be sent to an email address you voluntarily provide. If you experience any issue with report delivery, contact us at info@atmaikya.com within 48 hours of purchase with your payment reference ID.

6.4 Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed at atmaikya.com/refund. In summary: refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if your report was not delivered or was technically corrupted. No refund is available for successfully delivered and downloaded reports.

6.5 Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are issued at Atmaikya Vastu's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Coupon codes cannot be combined and are subject to any specific terms stated at the time of issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Atmaikya Vastu — including but not limited to the scoring algorithms, report templates, written content, tool designs, brand identity (name, logo, colours), Disha system prompt architecture and educational content — is the intellectual property of Atmaikya operating as Atmaikya Vastu.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or create derivative works from any Atmaikya Vastu content without explicit written permission.

Reports you purchase are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or republish purchased reports.

8. Generated Content

Atmaikya Vastu uses Claude, a language model developed by Anthropic, to power Disha chat responses and Floor Plan analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

• generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information
• responses do not constitute professional Vastu consultation
• Atmaikya Vastu does not guarantee the accuracy of generated analysis or recommendations
• You should not rely solely on outputs for significant decisions
• Anthropic's usage policies apply to interactions with Claude

Disha is clearly identified as an system on our platform. We do not misrepresent Disha as a human Vastu consultant.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Atmaikya Vastu to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation
• Upload floor plans, documents or any content to which you do not have lawful rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce our scoring algorithms or prompts
• Use automated tools to circumvent daily usage limits or access paid features without payment
• Resell Atmaikya Vastu reports or services without written authorisation
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent payment information
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable or impair Atmaikya Vastu's servers or services
• Harass, abuse or threaten Atmaikya Vastu's operators or staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to Atmaikya Vastu and may be reported to appropriate authorities where applicable law requires.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Atmaikya Vastu and Atmaikya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Atmaikya Vastu services
• Atmaikya Vastu shall not be liable for any loss arising from property purchase decisions made based on our tools or outputs
• Atmaikya Vastu's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Atmaikya Vastu in the 30 days preceding the claim
• Atmaikya Vastu is not liable for any actions, decisions or outcomes resulting from reliance on generated content from Disha or Floor Plan Analyzer

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atmaikya Vastu and Atmaikya from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Atmaikya Vastu services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any content or materials you upload to Atmaikya Vastu
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with Atmaikya Vastu services

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Atmaikya Vastu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

Users accessing Atmaikya Vastu from outside India agree that Indian law governs their relationship with Atmaikya Vastu regardless of their location.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to Atmaikya Vastu services or these Terms, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly at info@atmaikya.com. We commit to making a genuine effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Chandigarh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Termination

Atmaikya Vastu may terminate or restrict your access to services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue any service.

You may stop using Atmaikya Vastu at any time. As we do not maintain user accounts, there is no formal account deletion process. Any data stored in your browser's local storage can be cleared through your browser settings.

Sections 3, 7, 10, 11 and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the website.

Your continued use of Atmaikya Vastu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, please stop using Atmaikya Vastu.
