1. Introduction
Welcome to GOBE. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, located at gobe-site, and any purchases of photography accessories, carry products, or apparel items. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. E-Commerce Purchases
All items in the GOBE store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and available configurations at any time. When you place an order, you warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction costs.
3. Reforestation & Tree Pledge
For every GOBE product purchased, we pledge to fund the planting of trees in collaboration with our official reforestation partners, Eden Reforestation Projects. The precise quantity of trees is outlined on each product details page. Tree plantings are executed in seasonal batches twice per year and are non-refundable once the batch is finalized.
4. Limitation of Liability
GOBE designs high-quality protective lens filters and canvas goods. However, GOBE shall not be held liable for any damages or lens breakages incurred to user camera equipment during product usage. It is the user's responsibility to verify correct filter thread installation prior to shooting.
