At GOBE, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information (such as name, email address, shipping logs) only when you voluntarily submit it during registration, newsletters, or checkout steps. This site currently runs mock databases via client-side local caching, meaning your credentials and cart states are stored safely within your own browser (`localStorage`).
2. Data Caching & LocalStorage
We use browser local storage mechanisms to cache your active shopping cart contents, liked items in your wishlist, previously logged orders, and profile stats. No marketing trackers or third-party tracking networks are loaded by default. You can clear your cached account details at any time by selecting the 'Logout Profile' or clearing your browser cache.
3. Data Security & Third-Parties
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties. Reforestation calculations are processed entirely within GOBE's contribution scales to update your dashboard tiers. Aggregate, anonymized statistic totals (such as total trees planted) are shared with planting agencies to organize batches.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data cached on our systems. Since your data is held in local browser storage, you have direct, complete autonomy to delete all records immediately using standard browser configuration settings.
